Dino Morea, who has been seen often in the company of his long-standing friend Nandita Mahtani, doesn’t rule out permanence in his relationship with her. The actor-producer says he needs one special person in his life now.

“This time whoever it is, it will be for keeps. I do look for someone to share my life with now,” Dino, who turned 34 Dec 9, told IANS.

“We’ve had our share of ups and downs. But we’ve always been close, no matter what has happened in our lives. As for the other women, they’ve their own conscience to deal with,” he added.

Dino’s parents flew in to Mumbai from Bangalore for his birthday. “It was us three brothers and my parents. Now I need that one special person. That’s all one needs to make a complete life, no?”

The entrepreneur side to Dino’s personality seems more assertive at the moment than the actor. After opening a bar, the actor-producer is all set to open three more branches here.

“One branch would be in South Mumbai, the other in Lokhandwala-Versova and the third in or near Malad,” said Dino, who also runs a production house called Clockworks.

We can say entertainment doesn’t get bigger than this, when our lovely cricketers decide to entertain their fans with their acting skills. According to reports MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh will be acting for a film produced by Dino Morea. The production house named Clockwork Films is producing a sport themed film which will also star Dino. Dino is also planning to rope in master blaster Sachin Tendulkar for the film.

Dino know the cricketers since long time as they are the star clients for his merchandising company. These cricketers are already familiar with camera because of their various TV commercials and TV appearances, so that facing camera for a film is not a big deal for them. When asked to Dino that how did he get in the cricketers to act, he answered, “It’s a natural progression? The only hitch is that Dhoni and Yuvraj are extremely busy cricketers. Their dates will have to be carefully worked out.”

Not much about the film is revealed, but definitely it will have a rugged sporty theme.

Okay, here’s some gupshup that we don’t want the lovely lady Lara Dutta to hear. The man could go hoarse telling us that Lara is his lady-love, and Mr D, we’d love to believe that too.

After the prayer meeting for Feroz Khan (where Dino and Nandita were present, albeit separately), the duo were spotted at a Juhu restaurant grabbing a quick bite. ‘Unfortunately’ for Dino and Nandita, we landed up there as well. But sorry dearies, we aren’t about to tell you what sizzled here on the menu, other than the platters, of course.

The ‘exs’ were accompanied by a bunch of friends over casual dinner and gossip; so well, there was lot of smoke, but no visible fire. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Though as soon as Mr D saw us on his radar, he was instantly on the phone. Dashing off text messages. To whom? Our guess is as good as yours. FYI … Lara was shooting abroad. But did it really matter? Who knows? Let’s talk soon Lara baby. We’re sure it was just another ‘harmless’ dinner, eh?

Lara Dutta and Dino Morea were spotted on a romantic drive at Bandstand in Bandra, Mumbai.
