You may have heard of actors swimming under the moonlight.But have you heard of swimming in floodlit pools? But Bipasha Basu is different. The actress and the female members of her staff — including her two dress designers and her hairdresser actually prefer to swim in the dark.

In Goa, where they are currently shooting for All The Best, the dusky beauty waits till it is dark and then she and her entourage head towards the hotel’s swimming pool so that no one takes notice of them.

“If there are lights on around the pool, we switch those off too,” says Bipasha who doesn’t wish to be disturbed when she is swimming. This is one dark secret Bipasha has no problems sharing with the world.

Madhur Bhandarkar is ready to take the plunge again into the world of filthy corporate infighting. He’s ready with a sequel to his successful movie Corporate. We have learnt that Bipasha Basu is the front-runner in landing the lead role in this film too.

However, the other cast members like Kay Kay Menon, Rajat Kapoor and others may be changed as the filmmakers are looking to have bigger stars in this multi-starrer potboiler. They also have a big budget to bear the costs of roping in A-listers.

A source close to the film says: "Bipasha has expressed her keenness to work in the project and she will most probably be in the sequel. Percept Picture Company is looking cast bigger stars in this one as they have a good budget at hand too. It is approximately Rs20 crore. But that would mean that most of the people from the original 2006 film’s cast would be replaced. It anyways had a big cast like Raj Babbar, Rajat Kapoor, Kay kay Menon, Lillete Dubey. So, let’s see who they will be cast in it."

Navin Shah, head honcho of Percept Picture Company, says: "It is true that Bipasha Basu is very much on top of our minds and it is also true that we might be changing people from the original cast but names haven’t been finalised yet. I have to clarify one thing that this film is a sequel but has a completely new plot. Scripting is being done right now so we cannot reveal further details but since it is Corporate 2, it will have politics and infighting among elite companies. The story is not inspired by anyone’s life and the storyline is purely a part of fiction."

John Abraham had to pay a heavy price for being over professional. He had injured his foot while shooting for David Dhawan’s ‘Hook Ya Crook’ and despite the injury when he continued to work, he had worsen the hurt to such an extend that when he went to a doctor, he was diagnosed fracture. Bipasha feels John is foolish enough to work in spite of injury.
"It’s sad. But John was foolish to keep on playing when his foot was hurt instead of getting it checked," she said.
John got hurt when a hard ball flipped up in the air and banged into his right foot thereby causing a crack. John could feel the pain but at that moment he was so much involved in work that he did not feel like leaving his work and go to a doctor, he did not want to cancel the day’s shooting.
John at first thought the pain might be a muscle pull or ligament tear but when he went to a doctor after the day’s shoot, he was surprised to hear from doctor that it was a major fracture and will take a month to heal down.

The grapevine is abuzz with rumors that Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif, who reportedly broke up with Bollywood hunk Salman Khan earlier this week, is the new love interest of John Abraham (of Dhoom fame).However, John’s current girlfriend Bipasha Basu has cleared the air, saying "No Way!"

In the past, John has been romantically linked up with Mallika Sherawat (when the two did a world tour), Lara Dutta (Elaan) and Vidya Balan (Salaam-e-Ishq) but the ravishing Bips has dismissed the John-Katrina link-up as figment of the media’s imagination.

According to a Bollywood source, John and Katrina have being romantically linked up due to their close proximity during the promotion of their movie New York and they were spotted exchanges SMSs. Besides John and Salman are known for sharing cold vibes for quite some time.

"This is bizarre. John was shocked to read stories of his ‘latest flame.’ He is absolutely happy with Bips and they both had a good laugh over the latest rumor," the source said. Perhaps true. But can the media be blamed since all the Bollywood hotties find John so attractive?

Bipasha is all set to romance Titanic star – Billy Zane (Emothep of Mummy movie) in Daniel Silverman and Tapan Saha’s directorial venture Chimera.

Director Saha says, Chimera is a paranormal thriller. Zane plays an American doctor, who takes up an offer in India to work in a hospital.

There, he treats Bipasha. I’ve approached Shabana Azmi to play Bipasha’s mother. I’d want Anil Kapoor to play Billy’s Indian friend.”

Bipasha however is quite mum about the project and her representative just says, “It’s too early to talk about the project.”

Says a source, "Though Bips proclaimed that she was learning belly dancing, she didn’t have time to learn it before she left for the shoot of All The Best though she did learn swimming and driving.

Now, Kareena will be one up on her as she’s taking belly dancing lessons from Shiamak Davar.

Eho is also choreographing her act. Bebo starts her lessons from tomorrow after returning from Hyderabad."

Says a source close to Kareena, "Apart from the fact that Bebo’s being paid a whopper she is easily the highest-paid actress in the show lineup. Kareena is pulling out all the stops for her act. It’s an all-out Billu act with a Turkish-Arabian feel."

The source continues, "Manish Malhotra is designing her outfits. In one of the songs, she will be dressed like an Arabian princess with gold harem pants made of silk, satin and lace. Kareena will perform to Marjaani from Billu . Today she goes to perform for a show, comes back tomorrow, shoots for a jewellery ad shoot and in the evening starts her belly-dancing classes."

Says Bebo, "I’m performing at the awards this year and am taking belly dancing classes for my act. This will be the first awards event I perform at this year. I’ve become very choosy about where I perform. I am performing at this particular award show as it gives me an international standing.

Also, this awards event celebrates its 10th year and this is the third consecutive year I will be performing for them." Is she also going to perform for Saif? "Well he’s attending the awards as he’s having a press show for his home production Love Aaj Kal, so he better be watching my act!"

Says Bipasha, “A month-long holiday fell into my lap when the Lamhaa schedule got postponed by a month to April 20. I’m now using this time to do what I always wanted to. I’m learning belly dancing! I’ve wanted to do this for a long time. I love dancing. I wanted to learn a kind of dance that didn’t require too much pressure on my knees, which aren’t in the best condition. So salsa and other dance forms were out.”

Though the actress says that she is learning the dance only for herself but she wouldn’t mind incorporating it in a role.

He used to accompany me every time I went to such parties. When you are on the floor, there are lots of people who just try to come close to dance with even if you don`t want. Quite often they misbehave. It`s a place where people drink and dance. So there are possibilities of such things which may annoy you.”

So, taking a way out the actress just decided to give her parties a miss. “If somebody came closer to me, John used to immediately come down on the floor and become a kind of protective wall for me. I enjoyed my parties for a while but later on I realised that John didn`t like it. So I stopped doing that. Since then it has been a long time that I went for any dance party”, added Bips.
