Long awaited “Dabangg” featuring seasoned superstar Salman Khan and debutant Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of yesteryear’s superstar Satrughan Sinha saw the daylight of the boxofficewith much fanfare yesterday. Arbaaz and crew didn’t left any stone unturned to promote the film, which is proving to be the key factor to make the film much awaited with everybody awaiting eagerly to see Sallu’s jalwa and Sonakshi’s charm.
Dabangg proved to be a full masala package full of stunts, spicy and heart-touching music, humour and every jalwa that is usually seen in Salman’s movies. The movie was lounched in 1300 screens worldwide. The film is set in the backdrop of Biharwith a good cop turning bad cop (Salman) fighting the mafia.
The movie “Dabangg” has seen a number of rave reviews about the on and off-screen chemistry between the lead pair irrespective of the age difference. Another star attraction of the movie is the item number by none other than Malaika Arora who is immaculate in setting the hearts of millions on fire with her latkas and jhatkas. Sonakshi is also praised for her acting capabilities and even though a debutant, she has done a good job in showcasing herself and impressing the Khans to the extent that Salman went to the extent of announcing his desire to pair himself with her in another project.
Some of the leading movie buffs have rated “Dabangg” above average and with time it is expected to be a hit in the box office. Times of India has rated the film with 4 stars out of five. So its a feast for the Salman fans in this Eid season. They are entertained with all the charismatic charm of their Demigod.
